Inclusive Model & Talent Management is a Toronto-based agency representing a diverse roster of models and talent for commercial, television, digital and print opportunities.

Founded in 2021 by Bailey Gala after nearly a decade of experience as a lead talent agent, IMTM was created with a clear vision: to build an agency where talent feel seen, supported, comfortable and valued, while giving clients access to a roster that reflects the real world.

We represent people with personality, individuality and presence. Our roster spans a wide range of ages, sizes, backgrounds, looks and abilities, with a focus on talent who bring something authentic and memorable to the screen and camera.
